Inspect Your Order
Please check your order carefully at
the time of delivery.
- If your product arrives damaged, refuse the delivery
so it can be returned to us immediately.
After Delivery
Once your delivery is completed, the
following conditions apply:
- Unwanted Items:
If you choose to return an item you no longer want, you will be
responsible for return shipping costs. Products
must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
- Incorrect Items:
If you received the wrong product, we will ship
the correct item at no cost to you and arrange pickup of the
incorrect item.
- Defective or Damaged Items:
If your product is defective or was damaged during shipping, please
contact us at 877-508-4013. We will promptly arrange a replacement.
- Refund Window:
Returns must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your product.

Request a Return Authorization (RA)
number and have your Order or PO number available.
Important:
Products returned without an RA number cannot be credited.
You will receive RA instructions by
email. Please follow the steps provided, return the item within 14 days,
and keep your tracking number for your records. You may choose any shipping
method.
Return Inspection
& Refunds
- All returned products are inspected upon arrival.
- Items showing any signs of use cannot be refunded. If your
item is deemed non-returnable, you may choose to have it shipped back at
your expense.
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment.
Non-Returnable
Products
For hygienic
and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Bath safety equipment (excluding select Rehab Shower Commode Chairs)
- Seating products (cushions and backs)
- Slings
- Mattresses
Products Subject to
a 25% Restocking Fee
The following items carry a 25%
restocking fee when returned:
- Lift chairs
- Power wheelchairs
- Scooters
- Manual wheelchairs (excluding custom orders, which are
non-returnable)
- Beds
- Rehab Shower Commode Chairs
- Parts
Cancelled Orders
Orders canceled after shipping
are subject to all standard return policies.
You must accept delivery, request an RA number, and ship the item back.
If delivery is refused:
- Return shipping costs will be deducted from your credit
- A 25% restocking fee (minimum $25) will apply
Credits
Once your return is processed and
approved:
- Due to the length of time for the return and inspection, refunds to
credit/debit cards may take up to 4 weeks.
